This urban infill project helps complete the Arts District, connecting the Civic Center Music Hall with the new Municipal Court building on the west edge of downtown Oklahoma City. The Civic's two new three-story condominium buildings reinforce the urban edge of R.S. Kerr Ave. and Couch Dr. with stoops, patios and balconies that encourage community interaction and place "eyes on the park". Forty-nine covered off-street parking spaces are located in the center courtyard accessed from N. Lee Ave. The Civic offers a mix of one and two-bedroom flats and two-story units that range from 740 SF to 1,700 SF.

The Civic Center Flats’ provocative faceted facades prove a respect for the Civic Center Music Hall without mimicry. The Civic's northern edge assumes the role of a gently folding friend to those strolling along Kerr. In both street conditions, the undulating facades create surprising views of the urban skyline.
